Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us and we will assist you with the process.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item). In those cases, we will cover the return shipping.
