Hi everyone! I’m Rachel McHenry, a former Spanish teacher turned power tool enthusiast,custom builder, & blogger. I have always loved creating, even from a very young age. When myhusband Dylan & I moved into our over 100 year old house, that continued by sparking a love for DIY & woodworking. With each project, I love researching new techniques, tools, & materials. I love trying new things. I also believe that creating is all about bringing people together & bridge building. I love to teach new techniques & power tool tips, but I also love to learn from my peers. We all approach creating differently & that’s what makes the maker community beautiful.
